Carl Cecil Smith

In Loving Remembrance Carl Cecil Smith was born in Blyth, Georgia on April 26, 1939 to his parents Curby Lee and Thelma Smith. Carl proudly served his country in the Air Force. He worked for Kimberly Clark as a Machine Operator for 29 years. Carl worked with dedication to provide his family a loving and comfortable home. Though Carl worked arduously, he made time to be the best, and kindest husband, father and brother. He is survived by his loving wife Sharon, his three children, Gayla, Carl, and Michael and his sister Jackie. Carl also made time to express his creativity through his oil paintings, molding clay pots, upholstery and capturing his surroundings through his photography. Carl passed away at his residence, surrounded by the love of his family on March 4, 2022. His love and the memories shared will always be treasured close to the hearts of all who were fortunate to cross his path. Carl will be laid to rest at Riverside National Cemetery March 31, 2022
