Victoria Moreno

March 6, 1944 - January 21, 2022

Victoria (Vikki) Moreno was born to the late Pascual and Dolores Abarca on March 6th 1944, in San Bernardino Ca. She was the 8th child born of 17. She’s predeceased by her brothers Salvadore Abarca, Willie Abarca, Alex Abarca, Gilbert Abarca and her sisters Lucy Johnson, and Coco Pancoast. She is survived by her 2 children. Her daughter Celia Smith and her son Eddie Moreno. She has 5 grandchildren, Moriah, Christian, Keanan, Makayla, and Zoriah. Also 6 great grandchildren, Cadyn, Shia,Taeryn, Juliet, Emma, and Alijah Vikki graduated from San Bernardino High School. She began waitressing very young working with her parents at Las Palmas Restaurant in San Bernardino for many years. She began working with her daughter in 1988, helping her run a food business. From there she retired and began helping care for her grand children. Vikki passed away on Jan 21, 2022 with her son and daughter by her side. Vikki was immensely proud of her children and leaves nothing behind but beautiful memories.
