Carrie Koolhaas

Carrie Koolhaas was born in Holland on 11/18/1925 and passed away on 5/25/22, 96 ½ years young. She is lovingly survived by son Richard Koolhaas, son Jerry & wife Karen Koolhaas, grandson Jacob & wife Annie Koolhaas and great grandchildren Aleah, Josslyn & Faith, granddaughter Katie & husband Adam Borden and great grandchildren Phoenix, Jasper, Ariel & Amari, daughter Joyce Koolhaas, granddaughter Samantha Walker, grandson Franklin Walker and great granddaughter Autumn Walker, daughter-in-law Donna Koolhaas and grandson Eric Koolhaas. Carrie loved gardening, she could grow such beautiful plants and flowers with her amazing green thumb and her favorite bird was the hummingbird. We hope when you look at beautiful flowers or see a hummingbird you will think of her. Carrie & late husband Dick immigrated to California from Holland in 1949 and were married for 54 years. Carrie loved to visit and tell great stories, she will forever be in our hearts and missed immensely. .
