Ashley Diana Dijkstra

Ashley Diana Dijkstra went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on May 28, 2022 in San Jacinto, California surrounded by her family. Ashley was born on May 28, 1990 in Loma Linda, California to her parents, Art and Betty Oostdam. She was one of three children. Ashley grew up in San Jacinto, California and attended Baptist Christian School from Pre-School through High School. Growing up, Ashley participated in 4-H. She loved 4-H and gained many lifelong friends and great memories. After graduating high school, Ashley went on to pursue her education at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, She graduated with a bachelor degree in Ag-Business. Ashley began working for Innovative Produce in Santa Maria, California upon graduating. She then moved back home to San Jacinto and began working at the San Jacinto Unified School District office in the Business department. Ashley then went on to work for AHV-INT. in the accounting department. Ashley married the love of her life, Marinus Dijkstra, a local dairyman, on May 11, 2019. They were blessed to have their son, Cody John the following year. Ashley’s greatest desire was to be a wife and mom. She was a strong woman who valued her faith, her husband, and her beautiful son Cody. She loved spending time with family & friends, taking vacations, & enjoying pool parties and bbq’s. Family Fun Time! Ashley is survived by her husband, Marinus Dijkstra, her son Cody Dijkstra, her parents, Art & Betty Oostdam. Her brothers John(Lauren) Oostdam and Mark(Dianna) Oostdam, brother-in-law, Henk Jan(Glenda) Dijkstra. Her Opa & Oma, John and Joan Oostdam, and Pake, Henry Jongsma.
