Robert George Perry age 83, of San Jacinto, California for 30 years, passed away Tuesday, September 16, 2008, at Hemet Valley Medical Center in Hemet. Mr Perry was born October 2, 1924 in Ordway, Colorado. He worked for Los Angeles County as a Dam Operator for 17 years. He served in the Army and then joined the Navy during WWII and Korean war and retired. Mr Perry was a life member of VFW, Moose Lodge and American Legion.
He is survived by his five daughters, Ramona Perry, Elaine Perry, Viola Agee and Loretta Cheney, all of Spokane Washington, Nancy Fonseca of San Jacinto; three sons, Danny Blood of El Monte, Raymond E Perry of San Dimas, Erik McConnell of Memphis; thirty seven grandchildren; sixty great-grandchildren; sixteen great-great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are being handled by Miller-Jones Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 165 W 7th street, San Jacinto; Graveside Service will be at Riverside National Cemetery on Wednesday September 24, 2008 at 2:30pm, staging area #3.
